I do not know a single person who use OBS as a recording option. This is Early Access, so the performance on the game combined with OBS' heavy CPU usage probably isn't good. I would never pick OBS over any other form of game recording. It stutters constantly, only giving you brief moments of smooth gameplay. Then you would find out OBS works horribly with Subnautica. Streaming games is massively popular, so many of the top streaming apps, like OBS Studio, Xsplit Gamecaster, and Nvidia Shadowplay, are centered around gamers. You could also stop being such a OBS fanboy, try and use OBS with Subnautica.
OBS is one of the most used capture software out there right now.because its great software, not because nvidia fanboys use it. Go do a poll, with all the youtube vid makers, all the streamers.all those kinda cats.go ask them what software there using.tally up how many people are using Shadowplay and how many are using OBS. You could ignore this guy.listen to me, and go get yourself some decent capture software =) You can even record yourself browsing steam forums with stupid comments in them. Shadowplay can basically record anything in this mode.
